2nd Possession of Marijuana - Dismissed. Client was charged with a second possession of marijuana charge in under 2 years. Through negotiations, the case was dismissed and the arrest does not show up on client's criminal record.

Theft by Shoplifting - dismissed. Criminal Trespass - Dismissed. Client's second Theft by Shoplifting charge was dismissed and client's Criminal Trespass dismissed.  Client was charged with taking items form Wal-Mart and made a statement to law enforcement admitting to taking the items.  After negations with the prosecution, both charges were dismissed.  Client pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.

False Imprisonment, Criminal Trespass and Simple Battery - Dismissed. This was the Client's 7th arrest.  Accused of domestic violence with an ex-girlfriend, punching a hole in a door and locking the victim in the bedroom.  After preparation for trial all charges were dismissed before trial.

Charges of Simple Battery, Public Drunk and Obstruction of an Officer- Dismissed. College student accused of charges during a tailgate at a football game. The State initially wanted to pursue the charges, but after investigation and negotiating, all the charges were dismissed. 

Domestic Violence charges - Dismissed. Client arrested for his 4th domestic violence charge. After negotiating, all charges dismissed and state agreed to have charges expunged.

DUI charge - Reduced. Reckless Driving charge - Dismissed. Client's DUI charge reduced to reckless, speeding charge of 17 mph over dismissed. Client stopped for speeding. Officer states that client failed field sobriety tests, has strong odor of alcohol and stumbles upon exiting the car.

DUI charge - Reduced. Client charged with DUI and driving on the median. DUI reduced to a reckless and the driving on a median dismissed.

DUI charge - Reduced. Client stopped at 3 am in Bulkhead for driving on the raised median in the middle of the road. Officer alleges client failed the field sobriety tests, had slurred speech, and watery and bloodshot eyes. Client refuses a breath test. License was not suspended and DUI reduced.

Citations Dismissed. Client faced 2 bench warrants out of 2 different courts.  Out of a total of 8 citations including bench warrants, client pleaded guilty to 2 citations, the rest were dismissed.  Client's license was not suspended.

Fail to Obey Traffic Signal, Fail to Register Vehicle and New Resident License Violation - Dismissed.

DUI and Battery Charges - All Dismissed. Client pulled over after a Falcon's game during a dispute with his passenger. After failing field sobriety tests, the officer arrested Client fort DUI and Battery charges.   After contacting the prosecutor, all charges were dropped before being filed in court.

4th Lifetime Driving with a Suspended License - Dismissed. Improper U Turn and No Proof of Insurance - Reduced. Client charged with their 4th lifetime Driving on a Suspended License charge.   Officer also issued improper U Turn and No Proof of Insurance citations. After negotiations with the prosecutor, the Suspended License was dismissed and both improper U Turn and no insurance were reduced.

Speeding 80 in a 55 - Dismissed. Client was charged with speeding 80 in a 55 mph zone.  after negotiations with the prosecutor, the case was dismissed.

Failure to obey traffic citation - Dismissed. Client's third traffic violation in a 12-month period.  After negotiations with the solicitor, the case was dismissed.
